  • • Toggle between adding to mask or removing from mask

  • • Click "Finalize Mask" when you're satisfied to proceed to recoloring

5. Recoloring with Shading Preservation

Instructions

  • • Select the new color you want to apply
  • • Adjust shading intensity to control how much of the original lighting is preserved
  • • Toggle between preview modes to compare original and recolored versions
  • • Click "Apply Recoloring" to make the changes permanent
  • • Use "Download Result" to save your recolored image
  • • You can go back to any previous step to make adjustments

Technical Note:

The recoloring algorithm preserves the original luminance values to maintain realistic shading and highlights. This means your new color will appear naturally lit, with darker areas in shadows and brighter areas in highlights.
